C., and Renee Murphy of Cleveland; brother, Ronald Coleman, and wife, Bonnie, of Cleveland; and sister, Peggy Brooks of Cleveland; grandchildren: Robin Bowling, Toshia Worley and Stephanie Withrow; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He worked in the porcelain enamel industry for over 30 years.
He was superintendent at Brown Stove Works and later worked as a sales and service engineer for PEMCO Products of Baltimore, MD, handling the southeast region. Swafford was a fifty year member of the Cleveland Masonic Lodge #134 F&AM and Chattanooga Scottish Rite. Monday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Debbie Stokes officiating.
